Check Out:
Check-out is by 10.00am on departure date. 

Damages/Loss:
Any damage/loss caused to the motel or the cottage you occupy could result in costs of repair (and any insurance excess) being charged directly, either fully or partly, to you the registered guest.

Cooking:
In consideration for all future guests, we respectfully request that you do not cook any kind of fish, curries or other odoriferous foods in the units. On/after your departure we reserve the right to charge you for extra cleaning and any loss of income due to the unit being unoccupied. We have an outside bbq available if guests wish to cook their freshly caught fish.

Smoking:
Is prohibited in all cottages. We reserve the right and may charge such costs for cleaning of the room and any resulting loss of income.

Visitors:
Your visitors are welcome, however we ask that they please depart quietly by 9.00pm. Parties and large groups are not permitted. Management reserves the right to evict any person disturbing other guests. Visitor's cars are not allowed in the motel grounds.

Pillows:
Kindly note that the colored pillows and cushions in the room are for decorative purposes only. For your comfort, extra white pillows are available in the wardrobe.

Netflix:
Netflix is available on your TV. Please don't log in with your own credentials, as the next guest may not appreciate that. We end up with unknown profiles and foreign languages. Your cottage has its own profile.

Electric vehicle charging policy:
We support the needs of our visitors travelling with EVs. Guests who wish to use the motel's standard power points for charging their electric vehicle will need to pay a fee of $15.00 upon arrival or departure.

Heating in the Cottage:
The heater is controlled by a remote-control. Top right button is on/off, second button down pressed once is low heat, pressed again is high heat.

Iron and ironing board:
If you need to do some ironing, we have an ironing board and iron available. Come and see us.

Washing powder:
Washing powder is available from the office. No charge.

In an emergency:
Assembly point is outside the office. Wait for instructions from staff. There is a fire extinguisher on the wall in the kitchen in case of a fire. Seek help from office staff in all instances. In case of a power outtage, you can get a torch and candles from the office.
